Our Terms of Service page has been updated. All customers are advised to spend time to read it before using our service. There is actually not much changes but it is to include some important matters which some customers fond of doing.

To enhance customer support, we have now added 2 new support channels via Skype & Vonage.

18th April 2012 Australia Buy Orders: With immediate effect, ALL customers who paying by cash deposit at bank branch or post office must scan a copy of the deposit receipt and send back to Entelnova via email or fax after payment is done.
1st April 2012 We will be stationed at Thailand for 4 days from 2nd April 2012 (Monday) to  5th April 2012 (Thursday) so there is some change to our services for this period:

1) Phone support will not be available during this period. We will not have access to our Fax Machine during these 4 days so Fax support is offline.

2) For Buy Method using Western Union or MoneyGram, between 1st to 4th April 2012, it must be sent to our receivers in Thailand. Any transfers to Singapore, will earliest be picked up on 6th April 2012 (Friday).

3) For Sell Method using Western Union sent during this period, will still be operational during this period.

4) For Sell Method using MoneyGram will not be operational during this period, and can only be sent on 6th April 2012 (Friday) upon return Singapore..

5) There will not be any changes to local bank deposits, bank wires or Visa Money Transfer operational unless you are selling above 5000 USD of ecurrency.

6) Other Buy/Sell/Swap exchanges will still be processed but do expect slower service than usual processing time may be expected but will be done within selected Urgent/Express/Normal Priority time..

29th Feb 2012  We will be CLOSED for business on 1st March 2012 (Thursday) & 2nd March 2012 (Friday) as we will be on long distance travel to United States of America.
Normal business will resume as usual on 5th March 2012 (Monday).

We will be stationed at United States of America from 2nd March 2012 (Friday) to  23rd March 2012 (Friday) so there is some change to our services for this period:

We will be buying a prepaid USA SIM Card upon our arrival at USA to use it as our phone support during this period.
We will announce our USA Phone Support number here later as soon we have bought the SIM Card on 2nd March 2012 (Friday).

Our Singapore Fax Number +65-67482426 will remain available for those require to fax instead of email us their documents but email scan  will be recommended.

MoneyGram BUY / SELL Orders: Our USD Buy / Sell Rate (from our 'Exchange Rates' page) instead of SGD Buy / Sell Rate will be used for all MoneyGram BUY / SELL Orders during this period as money will be sent to & from USA instead of Singapore. MoneyGram USA's send money fee will apply for sell order.

Western Union BUY Orders: Our USD Buy Rate instead of SGD Buy Rate during this period (2nd March to 22nd March 2012) which we are stationed in USA..

Western Union SELL Orders: Our SGD Buy Rate & WU fee (in SGD) will continue to be used for all beneficiary countries except to receiver in 3 countries: Receivers in USA, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka will be manually quoted either the SGD or USD rate & WU fee via email.

During our stay in USA, we will be opening bank accounts with Bank of Hawaii, JP Morgan Chase Bank, Wells Fargo Bank & Bank of America. We will announce here once they are ready to accept cash deposit for USA customers' Buy Order. In the meantime, our CitiBank USA Acct is still available to collect cash deposits.

All our exchange services remained uninterrupted during our stay at USA.

15th Feb 2012  USA Bank Deposit Buy Orders: Cash Deposits at Bank of America is temporarily suspended, it is expected to resume around 10th March 2012 to our new accounts, we will announce it once ready, in meantime, only take cash deposits at CitiBank.

USA Bank Deposit Sell Orders: Currently we can not payout money locally within USA Banks, this service is expected to resume around 10th March 2012 when our new bank accounts are ready.

CitiBank Global Transfer Sell Orders: 5 New Destination Countries, Czech Republic, Hungary, Japan, Romania, Thailand have been added to CitiBank's Global Destination list.

Latest list of CitiBank customers abroad in 32 countries who can sell by CitiBank Global Transfer:
Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Colombia, China, Czech Republic, Egypt, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Japan, Jersey, Malaysia, Mexico, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Romania, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, UK, USA & Vietnam.

In addition, CitiBank Singapore transfer to all above CitiBank accounts abroad are now completely FREE and we can transfer up to 100,000 SGD equivalent per day.

9th Nov 2011 We will be PARTIALLY closed for business from 10th November 2011 (Thursday) to 17th November 2011 (Thursday) as we will be stationed in Taiwan.
Normal business will resume as usual on 18th November 2011 (Friday).

During the offline period, we will still continue to entertain ONLY existing customers who buy or sell ecurrencies in amount 500 USD and above.

Phone & Fax Support will not be available during this period.

MoneyGram SELL service will NOT  be available during this period. 

MoneyGram & Western Union BUY order require manual email approval to send money to Taiwan., do not send money without our permission 

Western Union SELL order will still be available to all countries except to receiver countries in Bangladesh, Pakistan & Sri Lanka.

2nd June 2011 USA Sell Orders: USA Customers can now sell for credit to any USA Banks to us by ACH Deposit. Only 10 USD ACH Transfer fee applies. Customer need to select Sell Method 'USA Bank Deposit' option in their order form.
2nd June 2011 USA Buy & Sell Orders: Chase Quickpay will be discontinued until further notice. USA Customers can continue to bank in at CitiBank & Bank of America.
Cash Deposits to JP Morgan Chase Bank will also be discontinued until further notice.

Any inconvenience caused is regretted. This service may be resumed at a later stage.
29th May 2011 Vietnam Buy Orders: We now accept deposits to our bank account held with Vietcom Bank.

There is an Admin Fee of 100,000 VND charged by us for every 20,000,000 VND deposited.

1st May 2011 China Buy Orders: We now accept deposits to our bank account held with Bank of China.

As our account home branch is at ShenZhen, if customer deposits from other cities, a 1% (up to 50 RMB) Bank fee will be charged by Bank.
In additional, there is a Admin Fee of 20 RMB charged by us for every 10000 RMB deposited.

25th April 2011 We will be stationed at China from 25th April 2011 (Monday) to 27th April 2011 (Wednesday) & at Hong Kong from 27th April 2011 (Wednesday) to 28th April 2011 (Thursday) so there is some change to our services for this period:

Philippines Buy Orders: Customers can now pay by Local Bank Cash Deposit or ATM Transfer (BancNet network) to our MayBank & MetroBank Account.
Philippines Sell Orders: We have replaced the CASHOME option, with a better option, Local Bank Deposit whereby we can transfer funds from our MayBank Philippines Account to any of the 32 Banks under BancNet Network.instantly. 17 Oct 2010 We will be stationed at Philippines for 5 days from 18th Oct 2010 (Monday) to 22nd Oct 2010 (Friday) so there is some change to our services for these 5 days.

4th March 2010 We have added 1 new Buy Method - Xoom.com Bank Deposit.

This method is recommended for small transfers up to 3000 USD per day.

Customer must register an account at xoom.com and then fund with either Credit Card or PayPal or USA Bank Account in USD for them to wire deposit SGD (Singapore Dollars) to our Singapore Bank Account.

Xoom.com will show customer their current day's currency conversion rate + the USD amount that customer need to pay for receiver to receive the required SGD amount.

Money will be credited to our Singapore Bank Account (United Overseas Bank) in SGD (Singapore Dollars) usually on the next bank business day by xoom.com. It works similar to Overseas Bank Wire and better as there are no hidden bank fees.

15th Oct 2009 USA Bank Deposit Buy Order: We temporarily suspend further deposits to Washington Mutual Bank with immediate effect and will resume accepting deposits on 26th October 2009 (Monday).

This is because our bank is migrating our california accounts from WaMu banking system to Chase Bank banking system between from 16th October 2009 to 25th October 2009, as such we do not want any issue during that period.
